Product return

Ziquin Life ships orders through the US Postal Service (USPS) either by first-class or Priority Mail. According to USPS, their delivery takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to reach the listed delivery address; however delays can occur due to weather, national holidays or unexpected circumstances.

Upon payment and processing of an invoice, most orders are packaged and sent out the same day or following day from Ziquin Life, PO Box 60421, Pasadena 91116. (626) 899-4210. Payments accepted in US-dollar valuation using VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Ziquin Life offers a 60-day, money-back guarantee for first-time customers who purchase products  and are not 100% satisfied. Products returns must be received within 60 days following the invoice order date. This refund does not include the customer's cost of returning the merchandise to us.

For regular customers, Ziquin Life grants refunds for special extenuating circumstances. All other product returns must be unopened and in resalable condition. Returns are accepted within a 30-day period from the product invoice date. A restocking fee of 15% also applies.

Damaged goods must be reported within three (3) business days of receipt of an order. Missing products must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of the package.

Products that do not fall under the policies described above or returns that do not involve special extenuating circumstances may not be accepted for refunds.
