Wim Hof, known as "The Iceman," is a Dutch athlete and multiple Guinness World Record holder. He's renowned for his ability to withstand extreme cold and other endurance achievements. Such as his hanging by one finger at an altitude of 2,000 meters. He has climbed most of Mt. Everest wearing nothing but shorts and essential shoes. Wim has been able to stay immersed in ice for 1 hour, 13 minutes and 48 seconds.
Currently, he holds over twenty world records for endurance.
Nonetheless, Wim believes that EVERYONE, in order to enhance their health and athletic performance, can do the same exceptional things. That's why he developed the Wim Hof Method, a combination of breathing exercises and cold therapy.
