30 Life Lessons toward Health Mastership

When a person masters certain life lessons, their digestion, energy and blood pressure (among other things) appear to improve. Today we share one of the best written pieces on the topic of life.  Authored by Andy Rooney, the renowned journalist whose commentaries were highlights of the 60 Minutes TV show, this is certain to bring a smile, just as it did for us.   1. I've learned that the best classroom in the world is at the feet of an elderly person.
  2. I've learned when you're in love, it shows.
